The Immersion is a 9-week program for those seeking depth and radical honesty. A one-to-one setting for those who want yoga as practice, not performance.
This is not therapeutic practice.
This is a structured, devotional immersion into the eight limbs of yoga as lived experience.
You will learn how to remain with self.
What’s Included:9 private sessions (90 minutes)
Structured reflection between sessions
Self led, structured practices between sessions
Video recorded guided Pranayama sessions
Direct access for integration support
Leave with a personal practice to carry on with

Focusing on one topic and going deep. Together we will do a 60 minute practice and hold a 30 minute discussion to understand various yoga concepts and how they relate to the modern age.
Expect: Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy & MythologyHow they run:
90 minute sessions:
- 1-hr yoga practice
- 30 min Q&A discussion

Designed to hold space across an entire weekend or multiple days. These practices invite self-reflection, discipline and deeper inquiry beyond standard studio classes. An opportunity to discover in greater detail, the traditional teachings of Yoga and transferable practices to integrate into your daily routine.
